Brian, St Simons is having a battle with Dollar General over a site on Frederica Rd. with 17 trees/oaks they want to develop…..could I use your photo (with attribution) to make a point against the Dollar General plan?
This chruch sat on Rayonier Rd right before Spring Grove Rd. It is no longer their it was torn down this past fall, the land sold as a commercial property and now a new Dollar General Store sits thier.
I think this may have been an old house which was only recently transformed into a church, but there is always a possibility it’s an old refurbished church.

Feel free to do so, John. What a shame…does it ever end?!
If .you memory serves me correctly this was located on Rayonier Road close to where it intersects with Springrove Road.
That’s right, Larry. I had hoped it would be saved, as it seemed it had recently been repainted it in 2010.

Brian…I wonder if this was a little Penticostal church…the age could be from circa 1914 -could have been the little church my Grand Mother went to?
