This was originally identified as the George Swindell House, but that has been updated. Margie Love writes: In 1955, we began walking to Donald Baptist Church and this house was occupied by Russ and Bernie Flowers. George Swindell lived in a small white house on the other end of this highway. He was not Charlie Swindell’s brother. Russ Flowers was Mrs. Charlie Swindell’s (Ruth) father. Mrs. Bernie was my Sunday School teacher.
