Update: As of 2022, this is no longer in business. Barbecue restaurants pop up like mushrooms after a rain, but this place was open for a few years, no doubt due to the fact that they smoked their own meat, and you could see the smoke. You just know it’s good when you see the smoke.

I have never eaten bar-be-que from this place but I bet it was cooked all night long over oak wood, basted with sauce and cut up in pieces and served with a pickle on a hot bun with a glass of tea or coke. Never saw the inside of a can like some we have today
I am betting that is awesome bbq. usually the more shack-like the place, the better the meat.
So true!
