According to Georgia Shay Williamson this is owned by the McArthur family. Other comments suggest there is another house known as the McArthur House near the railroad tracks.

The other McArthur house is white and is still liveable. Each year 75-100 descendants gather there for Thanksgiving
This house and the store next to it belong to the McArthur family. I attend the McGregor church that sits beside it. These beautiful buildings are what made me so in love with history.
