This old farmhouse near Canoochee has seen better days, but it’s a great example of the saddlebag style, and a detached kitchen remains, as seen below.

This house is striking. There is something about it that grabs you and says that one of these days you may look like me. Note the crumpled sagging broken roof, the one window glass pane left, and her gray appearance. She is on her last leg but ain’t she a beauty? Once she must have been a beautiful gal.
