The Nathan Gibbs log house on dirt lane off bugle lake road and the later built house in front of it near the paved road have interesting history. Did I miss a picture of them
I grew up in this church and my dad was ordained in this church. I miss being part of a community that knows how to take care of their own. It seems that all the families are connected one way or the other. I have memories that will last a life time, To bad kids today don’t have a clue as to the way things used to be.
Nice picture. My how the church has changed over the years. There was also a school beside the church. The Gibbs-Fletcher School. My grandmother attended this school when she was a child. My family charted this church back in 1904-05.
