This was probably an old farmhouse at one time but appears to have served more recently as a hunting cabin.

My grandmother Bessie Parker Clayton lived in the what was then called the old railroad conductor’s house in Scarboro. It as on a dirt road near the tracks. This house is still standing and may be the one in the photograph.
