This appears to be in stable condition and is a great example of this iconic style. One of the two front doors has been enclosed.

I live in one of two that we purchased of these iconic homes my home is a 1 1/2 story and my mother is living in the more stable of the 2 and it is a single story…mostly original. It’s a shame they weren’t more appreciated for the simplicity and small footprint on our planet.
