Judge H.M.Price was having this home build, when he sold it to Dr. Leland Branch, who finished the construction. Dr. Branch and his wife Josephine Hendry Branch had two children Elizabeth Laura Branch and Leland Branch. This family occupied this home from 1920’s through 1964. Dr. Branch owned Branch’s Pharmacy in Ludowici. Josephine owned and managed the city motel, (Frankalina) and beauty salon. Elizabeth Laura Branch married James Reginald Blitch and had two children Josephine Nell Blitch (JONELL) and James Reginald Blitch (JIM).
Jonell, We lived in the Methodist parsonage across the street from the Branch’s in the 50s. I graduated from L.H.S. I am trying to locate Leland whom I’ve always admired. Often think of her. Would love to hear from you. Mary Joyce (Ward) Love

Jim Blitch is doing well. Married to Jennifer Ann Blitch. He has a daughter,
Kelly Elizabeth Blitch. She has her Master’s in Health Science. And is, an Administrator
with Mayo Hospital Campus Jacksonville
