This house is in ruins and likely too far gone to save. Sistie Hudson writes: My clerk, Borderick Foster and his family lived there for many years. He said it belonged to Jimmy Boyer when they rented it, and prior to that, belonged to Jimmy Boyer’s Granddaddy, George Brown… If I am not mistaken, Mr. Brown was a County Commissioner at one time, but I need to double check.
Brian, I thought this was the house at the end of Cody Johnson Road and it is the one I was thinking about. My clerk, Borderick Foster and his family lived there for many years. He said it belonged to Jimmy Boyer when they rented it, and prior to that, belonged to Jimmy Boyer’s Granddaddy, George Brown. It now belongs to an Agee from Milledgeville. He said the property once was quite large when Mr. Brown was there——about a 1000 acres. The Agee tract now is about 290 acres with the house. He said the Agee’s bring motocross bikes and ride on the property. If I am not mistaken, Mr. Brown was a County Commissioner at one time, but I need to double check. I’ll let you know as soon as I find out more.
What about the Plantation Plain——specific location on that one? Thanks Sistie

I really need more information on the specific location of this one——don’t recognize it at all! Looks similar to one located at the end of Cody Johnson Road. Please tell me more!
