
Whether a country store or just a commissary, this structure is part of a group of salvaged and rescued buildings, most of which were moved to the Hughland area for preservation many years ago. It’s possible that this building was original to the location, though I have no background information to confirm either way.

I’m glad there is some degree of preservation for the fine old wood structure.
Looks like it has a slight slant to the right. Wonder if that tree on the left has finally gotten big enough to push on the structure?
I need to check on it, Rafe. Haven’t been by there in a while. All the structures on this property are endangered.
