The next time you are in the area, check out Poulan, Ga. There is another identical building to this located on the south side of town. I never knew it was there until my wife and I just happened by it one day while ‘wasting gas’ driving back-roads.
I lived in Ty Ty in early ’60’s..there was a barber shop
in rear of this little building..used to get “flat-top” haircut for about 50c…
My mother, who is almost 89, still has her hair “done” here every week. Betty Ford was the hairdresser here for years when I was growing up in Ty Ty.
