This sign is a well-known Tifton landmark and a relic of the time when many jewelry stores had clocks on their signs. They were known to sell the finest clocks and watches in town.

I remember buying my first wife her enganement ring there as well as the sheer terror of aksing her father for permission to marry her. May have been my first wife but sweet memories all the same.
