My date for this structure is an educated guess. A number of buildings in the immediate vicinity date to 1904.
Update: Since I first photographed this building in 2008, it has been repainted, restored, and now houses law offices.

I shopped there a lot, when I was a child during the 90s! Blue Jeans, camo, and Georgia boots.
It’s currently undergoing a rehab, repurposed to law offices.
