I invte you to write us a short essay on these remarkable pine-log buildings that served as librarties, garden clubs and served other community use. Apaprently it was a fad, but may also have to do with the introduction of telephones and the availability of uninofrmly sized telephone poles–most of these buildings seem to had standardized logs.
