Bakerfield (Baker Field) was once a small community centered around a Flint River plantation. Though I can’t locate any further history at this time, I feel the church must be related to that community and likely has a long association with the area.

I went to Bakersfield Baptist church my whole family grew up in that church and my family still runs the church along with our good Lord here’s a little advise about the nature of the church it actually was a school also back in the older days
Same request as before. Where was Bakerfield located in Dooly County. I remember there was a community between Pinehurt and Unadilla on 41 but I do not remember the name. I just love your posts. Keep it up..
