This elegant Queen Anne home was built by Thomas Monroe “T.M.” Felker (30 October 1848-14 April 1901), a local businessman. Four generations of his family lived in the home, until the 1980s. It now serves a commercial purpose but retains its charm.

Dr. Purdey and his wife restored the home back to it’s original state several years ago. The family lived in the upper two floors and Dr. Purdey’s dental office occupied the first floor. After Dr. Purdey’s death, another dentist used the office until recently and now the home is up for sale. It is a beauty!
The dental office has moved out and it is currently vacant. It is about to be listed on the market ❤️
