This looks like it may have been a bank, but I haven’t been able to track down the history.

This building was originally the Farmers Bank of Byron, until closing during the early days of the Great Depression. After that it was the Byron Post Office. It is now owned by the Byron Historical Society and is set up as a children’s museum. However, it is not yet open to the public.
