Thanks to Dan Blanton, I got to see this old church in its last days. It was an historic African-American congregation and was demolished by 2013.

The church looked to have been in ruins for some time when I photographed it. I’m not sure if the congregation relocated or disbanded. The earliest known burial in the cemetery dates to 1908, so I believe the church likely dates to that time.
