This was the home of entrepreneur James Nelson Pidcock, Jr (1865-1936). The Pidcocks were involved in numerous pursuits in turn of the century Moultrie, including railroading and banking. If my research is correct, the family were New Jersey natives. In recent years, it was the home of Julian Bridges Florist.
