As of 2021, a review of online maps indicates that this structure has been lost.

Omg, what a memory. That building was always a landmark when I was growing up as we lived only a few miles down the road on Hwy 56, closer to New Branch. In fact he was present at my birth and was our Dr. Until he died. He had a office in the back of the drug store in Lyons and that is where he removed my tonsils when I was 5. Thanks for the memory.
Gail, Dr Youmans swabbed lots of throats, removed lots of tonsils and took care of lots of locals. I remember his office located in the back of Ideal Pharmacy located on Main Street, many years ago. How I dreaded seeing him coming my way with the scissors clutching the cotton saturated in whatever that “swab” contained!
It was nice to get a soothing ice cream after seeing the doc.
