Craftsman Bungalow, Cobbtown

This is an exceptional Craftsman bungalow, more so for its presence in such a small town.

Just searching some ancestry and discovered my grandmother living in Cobbtown as of the 1910 census, she was 11 years old, and was from a large family with the last name Phillips.

Is there a reason why the walkway leading up to the porch is shaped that way? Just wonder if it was for a reason. I love this house!
