Built by A. C. Wellons for Edwin (1854-1922) and Alice Ruth Forth Timmerman (1856-1937) in 1890. The original porch would have featured mill work similar to that still present in the gables.

This was my great grandparents’ home on Walters Street in Plains. The home next door was built by my grandparents. I’m so pleased that both homes have been so beautifully and lovingly maintained through the years.
