Built by contractor A. C. Wellons for Edwin and Alice Forth Timmerman in 1890. A. C. Wellons was another popular builder at that time. The original house had much more Victorian millwork.

This was my great grandparents’ home on Walters Street in Plains. The home next door was built by my grandparents. I’m so pleased that both homes have been so beautifully and lovingly maintained through the years.
