I believe this building is still used by the school system but not as a school. It would be a great candidate for a restoration grant. It was one of a few Georgia schools which had an upstairs auditorium.

I graduated from high school in the auditorium (upstairs) of this building in 1951.
A great old building. Would make a fantastic community center with a performance gallery and of course a place to exhibit art.
