This was the office and apothecary of Dr. William Meigs Durham and later Dr. Samuel Davis Durham and Dr. William Orlando Durham, who lodged in the back room of the apothecary for a time.

This is the 1870s apothecary and 1840s Durham doctors home (expanded and renovated also 1870s) in Maxeys, under restoration.
