One of several churches in Bainbridge’s residential historic district, St. John’s is a personal favorite. It’s the oldest church building in continuous use in Decatur County.

Always look forward to your posts. If you are still in the area take Open Pond Road from Bainbridge back to Whigham/Cairo there are some wonderful old homes and barns. Ga 179 South from Open Pond Road also has some great buildings. Thank you for sharing.
