I grew up right down the road from this house. Mrs. Ross lived by herself in this house until she was in her mid 90s (94 I believe). I would walk down to her house and help her pick up pecans. She would be out there, a lady in her 90s, rolling pecans by herself. I never got to explore the house much, nor do I really remember what I did see, but I do remember Mrs. Ross. She was the sweetest lady and I’m glad my family could be friends with her.
