This looks like the house across the street from Fort Gaines United Methodist Church.
my family moved in across the street from that house (diagonal from the Methodist Church). Malcolm Stanford bought that house and worked to renovate it himself. then we built our own house and moved across town. It was beautiful inside – creaky floors, high ceilings, beautiful gingerbread moulding, glass doorknobs, plenty of ghosts.
