Brian : I have often wondered if you are kin to the family who published the wonderful magazine Brown’s Guide to Georgia in the 1970/1980s.
I turn 71 today and still wish I had all my old back issues . I do have the hiking canoeing guide book . I enjoy your photos each day . We are loosing so many of these old buildings and their history . I am now in Greensboro retired , after 45 years in Macon, but was born and raised in Thomasville . The old barns, dog trot houses are my favorite . My wife grew up on a farm in Hopefull near Camilla/ Pelham and her father was 13 of 14 children who grew up in such an old home .
