This was once the Hobbs & Company General Store, which, in addition to Bull Durham tobacco, traded in furniture, stoves, and crockery.

    Hi Brian – I enjoy all your photo series but Ghost SIgns like the one in Lumpkin are special. Can’t go into any old town without my camera ready! Same goes for old neon or window signs – they capture the essence of the town in it’s heyday. Debbie
