Thanks to Stephanie Cook for the identification. Her grandparents, Rudolph Descombe Cook, Sr. (1921-1986), and Tiny Maude “Peggy” Smith Cook (1925-2008), lived here until the late 1980s. The house definitely appears to date to the 19th century.
As of 2022, I’m not sure if the house is still standing.
