First National Bank moved to a new location on the opposite side of Broad Street and south of the pictured location, vacating the building. IF I remember correctly, Milton Perling, who owned the clothng store to the right of the building, purchased it. He broke a wall to provide access between his store and the former bank building and expanded his store’s floorspace.
