This home is where my grandfather, William Thomas Beck was raised along with his siblings. His father and mother were William Beck and Georgia Ann Lipham Beck. Did the Roop’s build the home?
Rebecca, I have updated the name of the house. A gentleman at the church next door told me it was the Roop House, hence my identification. This happens, of course, and I certainly want the proper identification. I imagine the man was misinformed or just presumed it to be the Roop House. Since your family lived there, I’m taking your information as fact. Thank you!
