The Tattnall Bank Building is the the most distinctive commercial structure remaining in Reidsville. The bank was founded in 1900 and closed in 2009.
Update: As of the third week of August 2026, this structure has been demolished.

The bank vacated this location for a new building a few hundred feet away in the 1980s.
And I’ve just learned that it’s about to be demolished to make way for a Circle K. Sad, if true.
It was Francis Stubbs’ Law Office until he passed away unexpectedly. He had many trophy mounts on display from his various Safari Hunts.
