So, my wife’s grandparents owned this house. She is Terry’s cousin. She stated that they had this house when she was born in 1964. She thinks, in the late 50’s is when they bought it. She stated that even though they owned it, they never lived in it. Had all sorts of “fancy” antique furnishings.
My grandparents owned this home in the 70s and 80s (maybe even 60s). I know they moved to Fort Gaines in the late 50s early 60s, as my granddad worked at with the Corps of Engineers at the dam. The house was sold in 1995 or 96, after they passed.
