This home was built in about 1917 by my Grandfather Edward A. Sheridan who was a traveling salesman for Dannenburg-Waxelbaum. He and his wife Alma Kennington Sheridan reared their family there. He had previously lived next door with extended family which included his father, several siblings. Other family members lived in close proximity on Beall’s Hill.
