Eric, if they know anything about the history of the house, I’d love to share.
Why don’t you just say “1900’s” instead of “20th Century”? You know the latter just confuses people, even though it’s “technically correct.” I don’t know why people do this. It’s much clearer and easier to understand when you say “early 1900’s.”
While we’re at it, let’s rise up and get the name of 20th Century Fox, or maybe Century 21 real estate to change their names. Some folks are confused ya’ know. /sarc
