This is a nice example of a Georgian Cottage home, popular throughout the Columbus Historic District in varying interpretations. This version has Greek Revival and Classical influences.

Note the double windows on both sides of the front door, and double lights on either side if that door. The latter would likely have been less common, and the sign of a bit more prosperous owner/builder.
