Liberty County received historic snowfall on Tuesday night as a result of Winter Storm Enzo, a weather system that brought blizzard conditions to the Gulf Coast and lower Southeast. I’m sharing a few random landmarks from my local rambles of the past week. My only regret is that I couldn’t photograph everything. I hope you enjoy seeing these as much as I enjoyed making them. I’ll be sharing some shots from Long County, as well.

Thanks, Brian! Glad you got these photos. The old Lambright House is just around the corner from where I live; I go past it every day. It has lost a few of its roof panels, and is leaning forward just a bit.
I don’t have any idea what shape it is in, structurally; but I hope it’s not in danger of collapsing due to old age. There is an old house west of US 17 on the south side of Freedman Grove Road that has all but fallen in. Glad you are able to get photos of a lot of these old places before they are lost to the ages.
Great pictures. Thanks. I remember sledding on the Landrum center food trays in Statesboro in the early 70s…not this much snow though.
