This is a great example of the double-pen tenant house, which is an even rarer form than the single pen.




These wonderful Folk Victorian houses are located within a mile or so of each other. As both feature similar designs, it’s possible they’re the work of the same builder. The second example, with steep-pitched front gables, has a more Gothic Revival influence.






This was originally the Gibson Theatre, opened in the late 1940s or or early 1950s. Since 1986, it has been home to the Gibson Lodge No. 257, F. & A. M.
